Keith Holland completed his law qualifications in London prior to joining Smith & Co in 2014, where he leads the firm’s Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. He is also the Training Principle for the firm. He was appointed as Partner in 2024.

Keith’s specialises in civil litigation and acts for his clients on a variety of mainly property-based civil cases, construction disputes, possession claims and breach of contract matters. He also regularly  acts for clients in divorce and financial proceedings.

He has a reputation for being professional but also down-to-earth, friendly and approachable. He adopts a pragmatic and cost-effective approach to representing his clients.

Keith chose to join Smith and Co and move to Ipswich so he could spend more time with his family, after studying and working for many years in London. He enjoys playing golf, skiing and 5-a-side football. He is very much at home at Smith and Co as he is well suited to the friendly and relaxed environment within the firm.
